Why was the Helderberg (debris field structure) pointing North or NNW perpendicular to the known flight path?
Why is the debris in three (3) distinct and separate clumps or locations rather than being more evenly dispersed in a single more centralized location (taking ocean currents and piece weight into consideration)?
Why was a toy car and a jet tube, possibly part of one of the engines (a feed pipe of some kind) found 15 nautical miles away from the “main” debris field? (and they were perfectly clean, it was recent debris according to the reports from the Sonne)
Why was the toy car and the feed tube, possibly from one of the engines, never recovered for further examination?
Where is the missing engine and/or what happened to it? After all, it is kind of hard to misplace a 5 or 6 ton piece of condensed equipment made of tungsten, titanium, carbide steel and aluminum, isn’t it?
Why was the passenger manifest set at 140 passengers and 19 crew when there were 141 passengers? There was never any mention of an infant traveling on the flight.

If the plane had ditched or broke up on water impact as Boeing alleged (in their second statement) and since there was 12 to 20 minutes between the start and end of the emergency, why didn’t the passengers have their seat belts attached? (bodies recovered showed no seat belts were used, if the plane impacted with seat belts on passengers, the bodies would have been most likely been cut in half, as in other similar situations). Dawie Uys was a seasoned pilot and would have had the passengers “strap-in” at the first sign of emergency.
Why was there so much “deliberate” confusion as to the location of the plane at the onset of the crash investigation?

Since the CVR and FDR are of the same approximate size and location in the tail of the plane, how is it only the CVR was found? There is a high probability, both devices would have drifted towards the ocean floor in a very similar manners and ocean current differentials at 10 feet apart should produce minimal drift error, although amplified through a 4400 meter drop.
Why was there a requirement to use radiation suits to handle certain parts of the plane like the CVR? (depleted uranium counterweights in the wings do not produce sufficient ionizing radiation or shed radioactive particles especially after being under 4400 meters of water).

Would the SA government, under the advice of the US State Department or otherwise, shoot down the Helderberg if it were carrying fissile material that could have gone critical due to the onboard fire, if the plane was allowed to land at MRU? (after all, where is that 4th engine????)
